Pastor Caroline - Palm Sunday

Today is Palm Sunday and our reading from David Jeremiah‘s book,  “Daily in His Presence” is entitled Palm Sunday.  So fitting for this day.

Palm Sunday is celebrated by Christians all over the world on this day, however, this year we celebrate it differently due to COVID-19. We are asked to “stay in and stay safe“ and so we “reach out” via social media. We are together even if at a distance and today  we feel “the love stronger“ perhaps because we have a greater appreciation “of what really matters in life”. Let’s all hold onto our faith, family and friends in such a way as to truly understand the gifts God has given us every day. Faith, family and friends cannot be separated during COVID-19 as we stay in touch by phone, FaceTime or however we can reach out to one another.

So in the same way by social media we can celebrate Palm Sunday and so in my message that will be live, I will read from Matthew chapter 21 verses 1 to 11 in The Amplified Study Bible.

Please come and join us as we “gather together” to hear God’s message to us today.

Stayed tuned as I prepare the live message to be uploaded later in this day.

This is a day to bless the Lord and give all glory to Him.

As David Jeremiah says in the reading today:

"On this Palm Sunday, remember the Good News that Jesus Christ is coming to judge the nations and establish His kingdom for all who believe in Him."

Thank you for joining me in this reading and please join me later for the live video message. Blessings to you in this day from Lord Jesus Christ.

You are loved!!!
