Today the reading from “Daily in His Presence”, by David Jeremiah, I believe, speaks about strength. If we constantly stay in God’s  word, nothing in the world can take away that which God gives to us, -His  promises,-  they are like the fire spoken about in the reading. Throwing water on the fire did not quench the flame. Today in our world, lots of things happen, and we know without God, life would be miserable. The circumstances and situations of this world, especially now, would slowly but surely pull us down, however, knowing God and studying His word gives “us strength every day to endure another day here on earth”.  If we put our lives in God‘s hands, He is strong enough to carry us “all” through these trying times and whatever else may come. We need His wisdom to show us how to “live life fully“, —every day,— regardless of what is happening on a day-to-day basis. We need to “make sure your heart is always blazing with fresh truths from God’s word”. This  is good advice we are given from our daily devotional today.

Let me leave you with a scripture, and may it be a fresh truth for each one of us today.

Psalm 25 verses 4 and 5 from the Good News  Bible reads this way:
4-Teach me your ways,  O Lord;  make them known to me
5- Teach me to live according to your truth
for you are my God, who saves me.
I will always trust you.

I pray today you are putting your trust in the Lord and living each day to the fullest. He will save you.
